The exhibition "Zone Phobia" by our renowned artist Tome Adzievski will open at the Skopje Summer 2025 event on June 21 at the Museum of the City of Skopje.
Searching for the tops of Eastern European avant -garde author is reminiscent of the film Stalker by director Andrei Tarkovsky. In the "forbidden zone" of the film, he recognizes very similarity to the "mental zone" today in Macedonia.
The artist will tell 5 visual stories of the perverted perception of the truth that is permanently happening to us from the former state to this day.
The audience will be drawn into the "Zobia Zobia" ruin from the old train station located among modern skyscrapers. Utopia in the middle of Anti Utopia, a real metaphor for our post -earthquake mentality.
The exhibition will symbolically provide catalogs from various exhibitions by the author at a symbolic price, and the funds raised will be donated to the Anima Mundi animal protection association.
