ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
"Skopje Summer" was founded in 1980 and is one of the most significant summer interdisciplinary cultural events in Macedonia. The festival takes place every year from June 21 to July 31 and combines music, theater, dance, film, literature, visual and multimedia arts.
Through more than four decades, "Skopsko Leto" has built a recognizable platform for cultural dialogue, international cooperation and promotion of domestic and international artists.

The 47th edition of "Skopje Summer" in 2026 continues the tradition of a summer, urban and multi-genre cultural program in Skopje.
The current program unites different artistic disciplines and creates a space for domestic and international authors, performers and audiences to meet.
